Ray Black

40+ years experience in the transport industry.
Operating Stingray Minibus since 2007.
Enjoy helping customers coordinate their transport requirements whether it be for a corporate conference or a social outing.

Jim

Spent many years in senior management roles in customer service, building industry, disability sector for 5 years, driven heavy vehicles since I was 19, Been with Stingray since 2022, I enjoy all facets of the Bus industry, been on Golf Tours, Hens and Bucks trips, weddings, corporate trips, kindergarten/day care to seniors day trips, family outings, Government Charters, there are no trips in daily life we don't get involved on or carry on the bus.

I have spent most of my working life in Central Australia, working in the tourist industry as a driver/guide and also a short time with Parks and Wildlife N.T. Nowadays I am semi retired and enjoy my part time job with Stingray Mini Bus.

When not working I enjoy my classic cars and also travelling to remote parts of our wonderful country.

I have been in the transport industry for 25 years firstly driving heavy haulage trucks then to charter boats then to Translink and now with Stingray Minibus for the past 6 years.

I enjoy working with Stingray Minibus due to the adversity of the work and all the different people we have the pleasure to look after.

From doing wine tours, brewery tours, scenic rim tours, weddings funerals and airport and cruise terminal transfers, no 2 days are the same.

Learnt how to drive in a Series 2A Landrover. Have held a heavy rigid licence since 1992. Extensive experience in transporting passengers from all walks of life.

Past notable achievements include G20 summit and Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. Enjoy transporting regular customers, various sporting teams, childcare centres and corporate tours.
